i know this sounds stupid but for a week now I have been trying to get a stain out of the carpet, Iced tea to be exact.

Any thoughts on what could take it all the way out?

i think there is some stuff call "goof off" or something like that. it is supposed to remove just about any stain.

heehee, MB you and I think alike cause I already did that for over 6 months now, and now I want to move the furniture different so I need the stain out.

C'mon help me. I tried that Woolite heavy traffic stuff and it didnt work very well.
And I tried the Resolve shit too!

Dlady - I've used the Resolve that comes w/ the scrub brush. It's a powder that's wet-like when you sprinkle it. Let it sit a few minutes (although I don't have time to let it sit like the container says). Then scrub w/ the brush & woillla! It's always worked for me.

Dlady - I hope it works. I like it better than the spray Resolve. The husband sometimes gets dark circles on the floor from his shoes. It takes care of them.

I've always wondered why americans wear their shoes in the house. I have american friends that come over and they say it is common practice in US. WTF I say take em off at the door. But then I am Canadian
