Awwww that was so phoney it wasn't even good enough to be ridiculous...in real life Rocky wouldnt have made it to the 3rd round..see how many times he was hit in the head??? Christ, he would be a friggin vegetable.

I used to think those movies were cool and then I saw the real thing....I mean, look at Tyson. The guy throws a couple of meathooks and the opponent is living inanother world for the rest of his life. doesnt take much.

Some guy at the gym told me injecting directly into the should has more benifit than the upper glute. is this true?

I don't know cause i don't sauce. Just curious.

I'll let you know in about 3 weeks...I started a week ago. I'm going to do most (if not all) of my injections in the rear and medial delts.
