Also at what rate do you usually increase strenght and mass?? For example how much does your strength increase and your weight go up in a month, or 6??? Could'nt decide what board to ask this so I fugured this one would be fine.

Good question bro. Never been over 8% in my entire life. Gains come in all shapes and sizes. Many base their gains on strength in size but they also forget to think about density, shape and muscle maturity. Every 4 months I will see an increase in one or two of those categories. peace Flaco ------------------

yeah Im the same way as havoc. I have never been over 8%. I think it has a lot to do with me being an ectomorph and its always been hard as hell putting on mass. my strength goes up on average every 1.5 to 2 months.

Damn, I bet Havoc and Ug 77 are the type of people who can eat whatever, whenever and still stay lean.. must be nice. Rex 12% is lean as hell too, can you see your abs alright???

Mrflacco, my abs are not really defined to where I can see definition in them. I have just a little layer of fat covering them. I would like to get my BF % to about 7-8 by spring time though. ------------------ [This message has been edited by Rex37 (edited November 12, 2000).]

I"m not really concered about staying lean all year long. Who the hell is going to see my abs under a sweatshit anyway? I'd rather eat like a pig and gain some serious mass then diet down in the spring when it really counts.

Never been over 9%, yes...I eat what I want all year round. I miss a meal and I lose 5 pounds.

haha Yeah same with me MP5...it seems that if i miss a meal, I lose 5 lbs also. I was out of the gym for a week b/c of the flu...and 3 days into the flu...i had already lost 11 lbs! But, I am back to my original weight-although it took a lot of extra meals to get there peace

I'd be lucky to get over 10%bf if I tried. I have to eat 5,000 cal. a day just to keep my bodyweight normal. Its hell for me trying to put on weight. ------------------ |
