Yes I know I have plenty of extra inner thigh and hip fat to get rid of. The first pict is at 138lbs the second is at 139lbs. The pict quality is not that great and sorry to say you cannot see all the definition I have built but I am happy with the progress so far. I am going to get down to 12%bf before spring. I usually post on the womens board but do throw in a thing or two over here.      | ||

You look good, that is obvious but I dont like the fact you couldnt be patient with your training and diet to implement DNP and Sust, you dont need that shit. If you take this as a flame, its not, its concern actually, again you look good. ------------------ | ||

That's a nice transformation. I'd never tell a woman to use Sust though. I'd just tell em to stick with the fat burners, not worth the risk in my opinion. | ||

No I don't take it as a flame. The primo made me very sick to say the least. The sust is incredible no nausea,skin probs, just a higher sex drive than usual. The reason for the dnp- I have Lupus and started gaining 5 years ago. During that time I took prednisone. (big mistake) I had never stopped exercising yet the weight continued to build. I don't know if there is any correlation but since being on the sust I have not had one flare up and have felt better physically than I have in years as far as my joints and muscles are concerned. Who knows maybe sust taken in small amounts could actually tame syptoms of lupus. Ya know some people get so freaked out over a female using a VERRY small amount of test yet many do not know test in small amounts is given to many females for many things. I think it's the women who take so much they are thinking they look good and have no idea the look like a man. [This message has been edited by tnheygirl (edited November 12, 2000).] | ||

Yes Illmatic and every guy should be required to use a sust and d-bol cycle on their 18th birthday so when they come off it and their hormones are going freaking nuts and they are sad one minute and mad the next and cannot control it they will understand and will have felt the male version of PMS! If you liked the test I'd really suggest you use propionate instead of a long acting drug like sust. Maybe try some winnie or anavar. ------------------ | ||

GLP-Yes I have implants but they are not detectable. Long story! Short version-worked for a plastic surgeon at 19. He gave every employee 1 free surgery. Well at 19 I didn't need anything but hell it was free so I got the smallest implant available at the time. They are somewhere under a lot of breast tissue.lol Oh and I followed moms advice "always always wear a sports bra and they will always look good!" They look bigger than they are in the pict they are only a c. Your moms Kneepads-Well I have actually lost a little more fat now. Still going and thanks. Thanks to everyone for the support. I have been around here since the "befores" and talking with people who have the similiar goals does wonders. | ||
