ok, i'm tired, i will upload the other 2 pics later.. heres the tricep one.. i hope it works it would have looked A LOT more impressive if I had my shirt off, but i was to stupid to realize it at the time... next time I will... please critique.. heres the link to the pic, now goodnight! (finally) BTW, if you want to try the bicep pick, its very big, it might work its at (try pressing refresh if it doesnt work the first time on the bicep one..) Don't pay attention to people making fun of you, dude. I don't see their pics anywhere. Anyway, your tri and trap look insane for your age. Whatever you're doing, keep doing it, and do some squats and deadlifts along with it. The bicep peak, though, is pretty much genetic. I have it too. Feel happy that you won't need 500lbs of muscle in the future for your arm to look relatively big. Just post less childishly in the future and act more mature and people won't see you as a joke. You're a kid who is seriously trying to get bigger and dedicate himself to weightlifting - act like it. The only reason people make fun of your age is because you act it. I wish I started lifting when I was 12 instead of waiting till 17, and I doubt there's anyone here who will disagree. That being said... clean your room please. bench, 80 Deadlift, 121 squat, not really sure on a count of I dont have a squat rack so I have to lift from the bottom like a deadlift then get it 1/2 over my head like a military press on my shoulder, so who knows on that one... I got the routine from a friend of mine on another message board, it goes like this. It sticks with ONLY the isolation movements day 1: Same thing with all the others i'll just some it up (all of em are 7 rep max.) day 2: Chest, 5, 5-- Bench Press day 3: Bicep 5, 3-- whatever its called day 4: chest, 5, 3-- bench press next time i'm going to do a lot more things, like my chest, back (which is really awesome =)), legs, I do not really feel that it got the upmost on my tricep (no lie), it just could have been better.. i'm talking about my tricep here, but it still would have looked a lot better with my shirt off.. I give it 94% satisfaction Bicep, no, didnt really get the right side of it theres a lot bigger heap on it then what the picture really had, so i didnt really like that.. 80% satisfaction (still got some of it) shoulder, yea, i like it, probably as massive as it gets at my point for me. but still would have looked even bigger with my shirt off.. I'm most likely taking more pictures tonight with the 2 photos i got left with my polaroid camera.. for the new webpage (might be personal log, might be like a regular site) because i'm crazy with HTML......... anyway, thanks for the replies.. keep em up definetely ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I'm only 19, so not really "that" much older than you, and I can say that you have better muscle maturity than many of the guys I know who are my age!!! Mr. T, that is a complete myth. If anything I would think weight lifting is beneficial to growth. You got any studies that show weight lifting stunting height? yes i'm sure the most popular sport in the entire world is full of fags. there's nothing gay about soccer, just cuz they don't bash into things with their heads doesn't make it a pussy's sport. it's better than fucking baseball where 90% of the players are fat and out of shape and basically could set up a lawnchair for most of the game and watch it because there's no action. it's also one of the few sports left where there's basically no roid use. how can you not respect that? ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I never saw any research on stunted growth and weightlifting and their probably isnt any since you cannot bring physical or mental harm to subjects in an experiment. Every doctor Ive ever known has indicated that weightlifting has been associated with stunted growth. Personally, when I started lifting at 16 I stopped growing immediatley although I was already 6'1" so I really didnt care. I think hes to young but I obviously respect your opinions. Just as their is no empiracle evidence to uphold the stunted growth theory their is no evidence to repute it either. I know that the following statement will sound ludicrous and conceited since I'm a college student with no experience in medicine, but let me be blunt. Doctors say that because they don't know any better. There, I said it. The doctor doesn't know any better. You can't state something as fact unless you have evidence. You can't say "eating this causes this later in life" or "doing this causes this later in life" unless you have some sort of proof. No one has ever proven that weightlifting stunts one's growth, nor will one ever prove such an idea. Why? Because it's not true. People look at the top pros and immediately go: "Ah, look! They have big muscles and they are short! It must be because they lift weights!" Little do they realize that the top pros are NOT midgets and they just appear smaller because they are much wider than the typical human being. Then they look at Lee Priest and they go: "look! he's 5'4"! it's cause he lifts weights!" No, it's cause he comes from a short family. Hell, he's one of the tallest in his family! Myths like this one are the ones I blame for the fact that I started lifting weights so late in my teen life (17). I've wanted to lift weights and exercise and get "big and strong like the Hulkster" since I was a little kid watching WWF. Why didn't I start earlier? Mom: "If you lift weights when you're too young you will stay short." Is she to blame? No. The people to blame are the doctors who circulate this BS to parents. It's a scientific fact that weightlifting before ages 14 up will cause skeletal structure stunting. so in other words if big man here has not got any hair on his peter yet he ain't gonna grow no more taller.
