I hope he didnt juice, cuz he doesnt look like it to me! Just because someone has very low bf% ('ripped') doesnt mean they juiced, he really doesnt have any muscle, but b/c his bf% was so low you can see everyhting he has. Maybe some eca and some clen, I doubt anything else.
