i just played an insane of tackle football with a few friends..about 1 hour after the game i cant move...what can i do to get in better shape for this..sprinting with weights, running?? i need help, i cant move and i want to be the best..

sprints are best to condition for football, but weight training is the key. You work hard in the weight room and you won't be as sore but the bros you tackle will be.

weights i am good with, i am getting stronger and they were barley able to tackle me but i want better agility and speed more importantly..

foot work drills and sprints will help you bro. At the school I coach at we have our guys do a lot change of direction drills, dot drills, short and long sprints. Explosion lifts like hang cleans will help you also.

Suicides!! the 40 yard ladder, set up four spots, each 10 yards apart, sprint to the line, then back to where you started, progress to each line, then progress back, then do them backwards, then do them sideways shuffling
