im glad ross stepped down, he might have been an average coach but are goal is super bowl and ross wasnt taking us there any time soon, not that hes a bad coach but he just didnt fit our system, now moeller is in and i have no idea what to expect but i think he should re install the run n shoot with moore, morton, and crowell coming back soon a couple bookends on the line liek mcdougal and gibson and a good back in stewart who can run n catch this would be a good idea the only thing they need to d ois get a good quarterback i dont think batch can lead the lions to the promised land so they need to snatch a good free agent | ||

Come on now give Ross a little credit. He has/had a starting backfield that would be third string on any other team! You can not will with a 3rd string QB and a third string RB. You guys that do not live anywhere close to Detroit and you favorite Team is not in the DIV. can you name a defensive player on that team? Well If you can name one or two big deal, but I can name 3 or 4 on all other teams. The TEAM and the Coach sucked!!!!!!! | ||

Out of the Three Cowboy wins this year it has cost 2 coaches jobs. I guess if you lose to the cowboys you need to quit. A Panthers O or D coor can not remember and the Red birds head coach. | ||

Ross is a good coach. That team is not a super bowl caliber team. I've never been impressed with Batch. Even when he is healthy he doesnt really produce. Granted Crowell is hurt, but i dont see any super bowls coming with him at the helm. | ||

Detroit played like shit last game, I think that Batch is going down the shitter.(no long ball) I wish Detroit could pick up Cunningham as a QB. Also just a cool fact, GIBSON has a 13 year old brother who is 6-2 and 313# no shit I read that on NFL.COM. Unreal!!!! As for Ross, I think he wanted out before it got ugly. | ||

First off- Shagwell-The dolphins SUCK! Detroit played one of the shittiest of not THE shittiest game this year. You know as well as anyone else that if they were on top of their game we'd a slaughtered them. Oh well, game over. Eveyone's right ROSS BLOWS! We'll see if Moeller can do something with these untamed Lions. Maybe he'll finally implement the shotgun cuz Lord knows our QB needs more time in the pocket. FUCK Charlie Batch. This monkey putz is HORRIBLE! Can we say overrated? We have some damn good receivers but too bad we don't have the arm to throw it too them. Defense had a lapse on Sunday but are otherwise playing great. Westbrook has come with the fire this year and has been playing twice as good as last season's "pass interference" season. Geez I could go on and on and on but it's pointless. I will always back the Lions and cheer to death but I feel another 8 - 8 season and a first round playoff exit coming on! ------------------ | ||

Pauly I've got several bets on that the Lions won't make the playoffs. I think they are fucked they can't afford another QB thanks to the big ass contract they gave to Batch. I think they should bench Batch until he shows some maturity, at least Case can connect with Moore. | ||

pauly, i dont really see how you can think the dolphins suck. Face the facts, they took it to detroit. They had a better record, in a better division, against better competition. The better team showed up. |
