Well, here's the deal. I'm stagnating worse than Special Bill's sex life as far as my workouts are going, so it's time for some serious change. I am currently, and have been since June, eating appx. 5000 cals/day. At this rate, I should be gaining SOMETHING, even if it's fat. I'm not gaining shit. A little strength but nothing in weight. I actually am kind of bored with my routine anyway, so I know it's time to change. Here's my plan.
If you used to read muscle media or have bill phillips Sports Supplement Review, you know which program I'm talking about. It basically consists of doing a 2 week diet period followed by a 2 week bulk period, optimizing all hormones and preventing your body from adapting. I've done this before with good results. I will continue to do this program until I graduate in Febuary. (I'm doing a lot of outside extra work to get credits faster) In Febuary I will do my first cycle. Which will most likely consist of Deca, maybe D-bol also. Don't bother trying to talk me out of it, I'll almost be 19 and I'm sick of this natty bullshit. Anyway, what happens if I wait 'till I'm 23? Maybe I'll add 15 lbs. from now till then? Fuck that. This means too much to me to wait that long... anyway, interested in your thoughts...

Frack, i'm only 17 and juicing so I don't blame you. i'm making some pretty insane gains right now so if you need any cycle advice don't hesitate to ask. i think the ABCDE diet is worth a shot, but just changing macronutrient ratios and upping calories would probably do the trick.

sounds like it's worth a shot, since it seems so important to you. where ya' gonna' go to college?

Whoa! D1734? Damn bro, I never took you for a 17 year old. Wow. I always figured you as an adult. Anyway, as soon as I get some stuff nailed down, I'll shoot you an email with the specifics of my cycle. One problem I have is not getting busted by my mother of course. Living in a townhouse, she's got the only key to the mailbox, so if a customs letter comes then I'd be fucked. I think I'll have to figure out which key it is and get it copied... Runner: I still don't know where I'll be going to college... $$$$ is a big problem like always.

Frackal, I am 18 years old, 6'1" and an ecto-morph. Since the end of last may or so, I have been eating between 5000 and 6000 calories a day and I weighed 194 pounds when I started and now weigh 218 pounds. My bodyfat % went up a bit but so what, I'll worry about that when it's time to cut up. My strenght has also skyrocketed, I have never been lifting this heavy. The trick to it, is to consume a ratio of 3:1 carbs : protein. So consume 3 times more carbs then protein. And consume mostly starchy carbs like whole-wheat pasta and bread, brown rice and lots of potatoes. I have also given up the 3 day a week workout for a five day workout a week, doing: - shoulders and abs. E-mail at [email protected] so we can talk more... you're a smart kid, frackal. i know lifting is a priority for you...just wanna' make sure you don't drop the ball on your future. you'll be surprised just how much financial aid is out there...i wish my parents had made LESS money when i went to college (we were solidly working/middle class)... 'cuz some of my poorer friends made out like bandits with their financial aid offers.

Hey Marvelous, as always advice is appreciated, but honestly man, I HAVE been consuming close to the amount of cals you have, I am also a natural ecto at 6' tall, and I'm literally NOT GAINING ANYTHING. I think my metabolism is incredibly high because I'm always hot and sweaty...I think this is the best way bro, I just have a feeling that this'll work well...

Runner: Part of the reason I'm doing so much extra work (ie. during lunch hour I'm in class, I'll be doing stuff over Christmas break etc...) is so I have a full 6 months to plan for college. Hehehe..if I didn't have a social life before, I REALLY don't have one now. I have this kind of/ sort of romance thing with this girl at school but I'm not going to bother anymore...I wouldn't have the time for her. Oh well... I'll go to college a fairly jacked motherfucker hopefully so it should make up for it in the long run..

I'm going through basically the same thing you are right now. I'm waiting for my GED test scores to come in. I'll be starting college in January more than likely. My social life is non-existent. I don't really have the desire to party that most kids my age do. Not sure why that is. My plan for life is to get a good paying job after 2 years of a technical college, then possibly go to a major college to get a masters degree. I'll make up for the lack of social life now when I'm retired and on cruise ships by the age of 30 Well, thats the plan at least. And actually, I think I want to run for political office later in life as a Libertarian. Without name recognition it would be hard, but I would love to be actively involved in the process. I'm with y'all, bros, I--as most of you know--am 19 and in my 2nd year of college, and while most of my friends are out drinking themselves into oblivion, I'm here, reading this board, and esp. the Anabolics one...and am up over 35 pounds on my first cycle of only eq and dbol...Frackal, you'll find out that training and nutrition are just as important as the drugs you take...e-mail me if you need some good scholarship tips, I got about $4000 when I graduated in '99...adios! ------------------

Frackal, as I was saying, I consume a ratio of 3 to 1 for my carbs compared to protein. I eat over 100 g. of starchy carbs each meal, eating 40 g. of protein and 15 to 20 g. of fat. Eating 50% protein, 30% carbs and 15% fat won't cut it. You must eat LOTS of carbs. Also, each time I do an activity that seems to burn calories, I drink some juice(simple carbs) or some bananas and during the workout I consume a High Carb drink. I am gaining to the week, both weight and strenght. Believe me, my metabolism is just like yours, fast! Anyways, that's how I do it... If you're having second toughts or the Anabolic Burst Cycling Program isn't working for you, don't hesitate to talk to me... I really don't mind helping you, I was in the same boat as you a few months ago and was also looking for advice on how to gain but with a bit of research I was able to do it. Have you already tried creatine? I plan on giving it a try.

Ok Marvelous. I'll give this a try and if it's doesn't work as planned I'd be glad to hear your opinions.

tried ABCDE and it is a little too extreme. try shorter periods with less crazy caloric changes. Will work well with short roid cycles though. juice and eat like crazy for 2 weeks, then diet with clen/eca/clen for 3 weeks. Repeat.
