YEAH, You are full of shit. the employee probably lied on the application and said he has never been concivted of a felony. Then he signed it. That would be warrant for termination. If he didn't lie on the application then he has a case of wrongful termination, unless it is a right to work state and then he is screwed. That is odd, since I know some people who were convicted of armed robbery and kidnapping and were hired at McDonalds and even became managers. | ||

Mr H, Stop believing the hype. If Roe v Wade gets overturned, abortion does not become illegal. It becomes a state's rights issue, which it should be anyway. It isn't mentioned in the Constitution so it's a state's issue. 10th Amendment. The Supreme Court should stop trying to legislate from the bench. Not their job.
