Hey guys and gals if you can help. I drink shit loads of water. About 2-3 gallons a day. During the day my piss is clear to very light yellow, but when I go to work at UPS since I have been on this diet and these tabs about 2 weeks ago my piss is very dark yellow at break at UPS. I start UPS at 10pm and break is about 2am and my piss is dark yellow. I drink about 1/2 gallon between 10-2 and then another 1/2 between 2:15am and 4:30am. I piss when I get home and same thing. I drink a large glass of protein with water before I go to sleep and my piss is clean the next morning about 11am.

I SWEAT FOR 5HRS NONE STOP AT UPS>

What is the deal? I-m I burning fat durning this time and that is what is yellow?

What does it smell like. If you are on a keto diet that will happen, as long as you are hydrated well and eat well you should be fine.

Here is what I am now eating every day/

2 cups of brown rice
2cans of baked beans
1 cup of oatmeal
1 can of tuna
3 protein drinks with water 23gms of protein each
A piece of fruit a day different kind each day.
1 bottle of cranapple juice

Dude, you are starving yourself to death. Your protein is only around 120 gms, you need to double that and add some fat in (flaxseed oil or olive oil) you are gettin around 800 cals a day? That is why your piss is like it is your pissing out your nutrients and probably some protein (muscle catabolism)

Protein = 200gms minimum
Carbs = 250 gms (25 a day if dieting)
Fat = 20 gms (a little more if adding weight)

Those would be minimums

Thanks bro. I have always been a powerlifter and we ate everything under the sun and used LAXIS to lose a few pounds before weigh in, so this diet thing is new to me. I'll go right now and eat another can of tuna asap. Thanks again!

chesty is right, you need a whole lot more protein than that. remember, on low calorie diets protein should be even higher than normal to help prevent catobolism.

Here is my cutting diet

Breakfast
1 cup oatmeal (made in water)
44 gms protein
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

2 hours
44gms protein
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

2 hrs
2 chicken breast
1/2-1 can green beans (unsalted)

2 hours
44 gms protein
1 tablespoon falxseed oil (optional)

pre-workout
nothing

post workout, wait 20 minutes then have
44 gms protein

1 hour
2 chicken breast
1/2-1 can green beans

nothing else for at least 2 hours before bed

The 44 grams of protein can be from drink, or real food, like chicken breast, tuna (albacore, it don't give you heart burn and is better tuna) turkey breast, so long as you get the 44 gms of protein.

That is 264 gms of protein, you can even up that by having another 22 gms of protein with each meal, that would boost you to 396 gms.

I very my intake everyday which always keeps my body guessing.

hehe... i just told him to up the protein in his other post about the soft serve.

chesty do you mix the flax and protien together in a shake? do you have problems keeping that down? (i do)

This is what is board is really good for.

Hope the 5lbs I have lost is not my muscle. My arms are smaller and harder. I would hate to loose anything we work so hard for that quick.
