I am 238, and look like shit. I look fat and even though my legs measure 28 1/2, they still look pathetic. Well have at it and be... well as only you can be, more to come in two weeks.     | ||

I am going to compete next june in the ronnie coleman in texas. I hope to get to 280 by end of january and cut to 225 by june if it is solid and cmpete at that weight. | ||

hey chesty, don't wanna sound condescending because i know you know your shit, but if i was you i'd eat practically zero fat as long as you use insulin. cuz if you do, you will end up with a whole lot of fat to cut off (T3 won't be enough). you may be able to do it, but it sure won't be any fun. can't wait to see your after pics, good luck man. | ||

280!!!! thats huge, didn't read your stats, How tall are you? Have you ever been that big? I pumped up to 274 once and life was tough. I wasn't on so I was a little fat (19%). my wife had to put my keepers on and tie my boots. I couldn't bend over with the vest and gun belt. If I kept going she would have had to wipe my ass. I would love to see the pics though, that will be something to keep and show people when you return to mortal status. I have one pic of me at that weight, it is weird to look back at my big fat face and neck. It doesn't even look like me, kinda cool. | ||

Chesty, Just took my starting pic's yesterday, and hoping to have them posted by the middle of next week. I couldn't get my bf done the other night, but will have that done today.. I checked the scale last night, weighed in at 252. I was a little lighter than I thought. Hope this gives you a little inspiration.. I will send you an email tonight..... ------------------ | ||

You know what REALLY SUCKS?......when you have a brotha workin' hard, bustin' his butt, stripped down to the hottest bootie-shots I've seen on a fella in quite sometime....and the fucking pics are dark! >:O Keep working hard brotha.....and get a better camera man! Yeah, my ex had to put my keepers on too. I also looked like I was poured into the uniform. I will repost some of the pics tonight and make sure they are lighter just for you bikinimom. I am going to take more this weekend hopefully with a better photographer. Sorry the detail is too dark. | ||
