I broke up with the best girl in the world 5 months ago to go out with another bitch who was the worst thing that ever happened to me. I realize that, and I want my old girl back more than anything. But she is dating one of my friends now. I know she wants to be with me, but it's not as easy as just dumping him for me yea know? So what can I do without getting into too much drama? Nick     | ||

God works in mysterious ways, doesn't he? I sometimes wonder this; Why is it that if we as one person were MEANT to be with someone else, then why does God not just have "us" together instantly? Let us know in some way/ sign that we are to be with this person the rest of our lives. There is no easy way to get her back, just sit and wait. Only thing you really can do. Just make sure she isnt playing the both of you guys, cause if she really wanted to get back with you so much she would have told this other guy by now! | ||

She is not the girl to play anyone. I guess I dont really know if she wants to be with me, she just kinda hints at it. She is the nicest girl I have ever met, so Im not worried about her hurting me. I hurt her in the past, and I hope madbomber is wrong. My time hasnt past, I think I just needed some way to realize how much she meant to me. Well Nick, My ex wants me back(has for 4 months now) and CONSTANTLY says that it took me breaking up with him for him to realize how much he loved me and I am the only girl for him. (But I am not) Too bad! I have moved on and found a man to treat me the way I should be treated and loved. So the ex will be waiting a very long time for me! I will always have him close to my heart but he just isnt the one. Hope she doesnt do that to you! Don't dwell on the past mistakes , move on, love will find you when you least expect it! | ||

BigNick12345 I am in the EXACT same posistion your in. I went out with this girl for almost 2 years. I ened up dumping her for another girl which never worked out. Anyways, she begged me to go back to her and I never did b/c I thought me and this other girl would be together. well it never happened. anyways, me and my ex were really good friends. she ended up meeting this guy last december and they have been together ever since. She really loves him but i know she isnt as ahppy as she could be. just the way he puts himself before her, and just doesnt treat her as good as I did. Well about a week ago it hit me...that she was the best thing that ever happened to me. So, on Sweetest Day (a holiday only in Ohio) I took her out to eat since her b/f lives and goes to school in Michigan. Well, its like i fell in love all over again. I talked to her about it and she says she still has feelings for me but just cant dump him b/c he did nothing wrong and it wouldnt be fair to him. So now im kicking myself in the ass b/c I could still be with her if i hadnt been some damn blind! but, i havent givin up yet...i know I'll get back together with her...its only a matter of time | ||

What kind of bitch would date your friend, and waht kind of friend is he to date your ex. How old are you? This happens in the younger crowd but generally adults don't go back and forth between friends. Move on...nothing like a new piece of ass to get you over the old. There was obviously a reason you split in the first place. | ||

Been there done that. Have any of you seen The Bridges of Madison County with Clint Eastwood? At the end where he is in the truck at the redlight waiting for her to get out of the truck with her husband and go with him? She loved him dearly, but like the girl here in question is saying the guy she is with has done nothing wrong. My ex wanted to break up with me, despite my attempts to resolve the conflicts and all, and she did, went out dated about a dozen of guys the first six months, and was still miserable and thinking of me, she would turn her face when she saw me coming, or totally avoid me all together. too bad, I wanted to be friends, but she ruined each chance I gave her to treat me civilly. And I hate to say this, but she doesn't have much time left. She has a very defective heart and her parents both dropped dead in their early forties from heart disease. 38 years old and she already had a triple bypass. I wanted to make her happy and share my life with her, but she was immature, selfish, deceptive, insecure, jealous, etc... I just couldn't take it. But I do think of her A LOT. More than I should. Kind of weird, I care about her, but I don't like her. Doesn't make sense, but it is true. Dude you should get over it and move on, if it is meant to be, it will be, if not, you will be rewarded accordingly again on down the road. | ||

Dlady27, Nothing really. I guess all I can do is just sit and wait to see what happens. I remembered this though. We were all at a party, and the girl and my buddy got in an argument and he started yelling at her. God, it was so hard to keep from kicking the shit out of him. I didn't even say anything cause I didn't think it was my place. But, she doesnt deserved to be screamed at like that for any reason. Im just waiting for his temper to get the best of him. THanks, Im not gonna let them pass by, I hope. It's kinda good that I am like this though. I havent been without a girlfriend for like 6 years. This is the first time in a while. Kinda gives me some freedom. I definitely have more time to work out now. But still my apartment gets real lonely some nights. |
