How many years in jail can a guy get for knocking the fuck out of his older sister? I have an older sister who is the worst god damn fucking whore bitch in the world. My whole life all she did or does is always consistently put me down and make me feel the worst I possibly could. I can't fucking take it, cause arguing isn't just cutting it. She needs a good fucking beating. She looks at me and tries to scare me. I swear one day I am going to fucking snap.     | ||

Well that depends on what you do to her. If you dont hurt her that bad you will be charged with assault. If you really f*ck her up you will be charged with aggravated assault. According to domestic violence laws you will be taken to jail if the police show up, even if she does not press charges. You will probably only get probation and be forced to take anger management counseling. That answers your question, I think the more important matter is that you would want to hit your sister, or any girl. I'm sure you to have a bad history, but I would never even consider hitting a girl. I have two brothers, I'm the oldest, and me and my brother who is the middle one used to argue all the time we got really physical once we both ended up in the hospital, me with a broken nose and him with a broken wrist and a missing tooth. Yeah, I was wondering how old he is too. My brother and I used to pound the living hell out of each other...black eyes, the whole bit...one time he pissed me off so much I ripped my bedroom door off its hinges. Actually I had done that a few times and my dad refused to put it back on for a while. Anyway, we were under 16, and as soon as I was old enough to drink(remember, 19 in Ontario)(plus leaving home at 17 helped)we became buddies and have been ever since. My sister is 29 and I am 24. Another example would be she would come over while I am having dinner with her parents and ofcourse use that time to say something negative. Decibel you can have her, because she is a fucking whore. She uses men like crazy. She treats them like shit. She also told me that she purposely looks for arguements with her boyfriends. The problem is not me, I don't have any problems with my other sisters, only her. I can honestly say if she died, I wouldn't shed one tear. I would throw a party on her grave, and all the guys she pissed on would be the first ones invited. So it might turn out to be one big bash. | ||
