Looks good bro. We're about the same height. Hard to see your abs and of course your legs....but from what is visible you appear to have an excellent foundation on which to build tremendous mass. | ||

Thanks Matt...the abs are ok...more of a 4 pack  ...the legs are lacking..I didn't train them much over the summer..that will change now...I have one cycle under my belt just a mild sust/deca cycle...and for the record that shithole is not my house,lol...it's a motel from last weekend ------------------ | ||
