You see, there is this group of guys who make the bench there personal hangout spot then they fuck the ceiling and slam the bar off their chest while repping and yell. Oh yea, they dont do more than 3 reps a set. Theyre bodies look pretty good but they are still young and this shit will catch up to them one day when they rip a pec off from the upper arm. There is the resident Huge Guy that is always doing bench the same time they are and he works in with them then proceeds to have perfect form while putting their asses to shame repping 405. You think they would learn from him.

I strive to have good form, but if I got the weight a little too heavy I might try to force it ..

but it's not like I can bench a lot of weight yet.

How about them bastards that are on TV, like on that show American Muscle. These dipshits are always doing partial reps (lack of full motion), and they look like they are always "just going through the motions". These guys are sad!!! Then, you have these 16-18 year old kids just starting out at the gym and they immulate these guys' form without even knowing better. These bastards, which of course got their size from the juice (which is cool) and genetics, and not their knowledge of knowing how to lift. And don't even get me started on those "natural" competitors who suck ass even more, but of course are juiced-up too.

Well, WODIN, what's easier - flat bench or decline bench? If you go "deep enough" while fucking the ceiling, it's similar to a decline bench press - which is easy as hell. The other day I saw a guy giving it to that ceiling big time... you could've put a swiss ball between his ass and the bench and he would still be higher. Crazy shit.

Thank for the explination warik. I've never really gotten into doing declines. Maybe once, twice a year tops! ...never thought about it.

Declines are awkward for me, I prefer a flat bench.

And those 4 inch squat demons? Oh my god!! You know it!!! And they wrap their knees and tremble and shake like leaf in the wind the entire time they are dropping those four inches.


But the ones that you really, REALLY gotta love, is those Shoulder Shrugs Dynamos. You know that pile the weight on the bar and instead of shrugging, it looks like their whole body is convulsing. you see they bounce up on the feet, calves straining, knees bending, shoulders dropping, head tucking just to "Get" the traps to ear level.

You gotta love it.....

I hate it when some skinny fuck gets on the preacher curl and fails to do full range of motion. Meanwhile I am next to them pumping up the "mean 18's" with less weight.
