ok, I'm being a sucker and posting. This one is from July, after spending 12 weeks on a cyclic ketogenic diet and lost about 30 pounds. (Thank you George!) I'm sure no one wants to see the "before" shots.. and these are not really aftershots since I haven't bulked yet. My waist was 40" and there it is 32" I think i look weird because i usually have my hair longer and a goatee, but here it's not very long after i shaved everything on a dare.     | ||

Good pic bro, From a critique point of view I think you chest is laggin a little bit, not keeping up with your arms. You have good trap development But I think you need to add some more size to your shoulders to balance them off. Overal pretty good bro. Just F***ing with Ya! I give you props for taking the time to post a pic of your self, I have had the time nor the desire to do so. | ||

I drive a silver mitsubishi eclipse spyder convertible with a normal license plate.. but the plate cover says "good boys go to heaven.. bad boys go everywhere" The other half drives the VW cabrio, but it's black, and his cover says "mean people suck... nice people swallow" | ||

not yet. it would be pretty sad to have a scrawny chest like that and take AS. I've taken clen and t3 for a couple of weeks but it was interfering with my training at the time so i stopped. | ||

My birthday is in a few weeks and I'll be an OLD MAN! When I first got together with Gabby his nephew (Roger) came to stay with us forever, and Roger was 7 at the time. Roger is 18 now and own is own.. I just hope I won't be a "grandpa" anytime soon! | ||

For some reason I stopped growing when I was 11, I can still fit in a suit I had in 1981. I have a boy's frame which makes me look younger. I'm 5'8 and I would like to be a solid muscle at 180 - 190 for a short term goal. I haven't dieted that much in 3 months so you can't see my abs now. |
