I just would like everybody to post. The can scrub out the face if the want. I personally do not fear the internet freaks so I leave my face. I would just like to see everybodys progress 6 months or a year from now. Hopefully we will all still be here. It does not matter if you are fat or skinny, just as long as you are trying to make a difference. Yes this is the chat forum, but I figure this is a workout board and you should a least be doing some type of body training if you are on this board. | ||

Johnny O, isn't that what this board is all about. Making progress and learning the best and quickest way to do so. We should not rip on anybody for being skinny or fat. Look at me on the Camel in my pics I was bulking(hehehe!) and nobody ripped on my tire tube. | ||

good point check...i would hope everyone here is at least somewhat comfortable with what they look like, or is impressed with the progress they've made...i know i raised the bar pretty high by posting a pic of myself, DO NOT LET THAT DETER YOU!....especially you decibel, i know you walked off with your tail between your highly defined quads...it's okay buddy, you will get em next time...i have been at this a long, long time.... | ||

The point was to get off your sorry ass and take new pic's. I felt bad that I was to busy to get new one. Look knowing that I'll post pic's makes me train twice as hard. My pic's in july were ok. Just a couple months latter I know I'm much better. Put up the date and planning for it helped me. Bottom line it helps with pushing the goals. I'll post new soon. | ||
