Went for one of these yesterday and if you are not already doing this try it!! The greatest thing i've done in a long time, got home from an hour session and slept 2 more hours, wow and i rested so good i thought i was on sleeping pills or something! Definately a must at least every two or three months from now on!! ------------------     | ||
