Pink Floyd at Ohio Stadium. 'Nuff said.

I would have to say the best was about a year ago when I saw Aerosmith at the Gund Arena in Cleveland. I had really good seats and I was amazed at how much engery they had. Im mean...Steven tyler...over 50 years old...doing back flips and running around from one side of the stage to the other. Not too mention he had knee surgery a few months back. They are deffinatley incredible

The Pearl Jam concert at the UNO Lakefront arena was the best b/c I was getting laid in the port-o-potty while they were playing. haha some crazy shit? but it didn't last long b/c it stunk and was very small.

Ozzfest two years running, the greatest show on earth, if you smoked a lot of weed and listened to a lot of ozzy in high school anyway. I've seen kid rock with Metallica twice, great show both times. STP and Rob Zombie both kick some major ass, Pantara was OK. Godsmack gets a real big thumbs up, so does Fear Factory. Been meaning to see widespread, I hear they're great.

Best show I have ever been to was back in '94 when Nine Inch Nails played a relatively small venue up here in Dallas called the Bomb Factory. This was before anyone knew who Marilyn Manson was and they opened up for NIN and played a bad ass show. Then after they were done NIN put on an amazing performance.

December 28th, 1999. Miami, FL Orange Bowl - METALLICA.

I waited for over THREE HOURS for the terrible opening acts to conclude... and then got my ass kicked by Metallica for 3 1/2 hours straight.

Woo!

lol you went to see Kool Mo Dee?? that's awesome...i had his knowledge is king album. the one with "i go to work" and "wild wild west" on it. that dude was cool. i bet he put on a great show. was he wearing those terminator sunglasses?
i also add that the most scared i have ever been at a concert was when i went to see dj quik and chubb rock and gangstarr back in '92 when i was about 17. it was in a shitty part of dallas and i went with a couple of other whities. we were the only crackers at this show and weighed about 140lbs wet each but somehow we managed to not get fucked with the entire time we were there. i was even wearing my fattest gold rope and leather kangol. i guess they assumed i was mike d from the beastie boys or somethin and down for the cause.

Yeah , he had the terminators on, he was dancing and actually slipped off the stage. He used to have beef with LL back in the day. Have you heard the new Common and De La, what do you think? Commons 2nd album is the best with Resurection. De Las best has to be De La Soul is dead.

No in fact I haven't heard anything new by Common and De La...is it worth listening to?
I didn't know De La and LL had beef. The last person I remember having beef with LL was Jamie Fox. I heard they threw down during the making of Any Given Sunday and that LL cleaned his clock. That could be just bullshit rumors though. Jamie was pretty cut up for that movie but LL has always been a big mofo. I personally would not mess with the future of the funk.

Largest Orgy
Throughout history there have been various religious orders that practiced mass copulation as a means to please their gods. Titus Livy, in History of Rome (Book 39.13), writes that the Bacchanalia, a Roman festival celebrated by cult members in the second century BC, would meet secretly and "no sort of crime, no kind of immorality, was left unattempted." The cult would work itself into a raving, orgiastic frenzy and then "forcibly debauch" the new recruits; any initiates who resisted were quickly dispatched. The group grew in popularity for a time, but became so obnoxious even by the lax moral standards that the Senate banned the cult in 186 BC. No known estimate of the number of people who took part in these affairs exists, but at least 7,000 people were arrested in connection after the crackdown.

Some other lecherous religions include: Shabbetaianism, an 18th century religious cabal whose followers reputedly sought redemption through orgies at mystical festivals; Bogomils, a Balkan religion which advocated sexual promiscuity for the greater glory of God; and finally Khlysty, a 19th century Russian flagellant order whose perverted doctrines where advocated by Rasputin. I don't know of any modern day counterparts that still use mass fornication, but there are bound to be a few open to new members. Good news, I suppose, for people who say they aren't getting enough sects in their life.

Well here are my favorites:

Ozzfest 97 and 2000
White Zombie Astro Creep Tour
Nine Inch Nails Self Destruct Tour
Korn and Rob Zombie Sick and Twisted Tour
Marilyn Manson Anti-Christ Superstar Tour

Just to name a few....

The Ozzfests were the shit, saw them both in Pantera's hometown of Dallas. They fuckin rocked!!! No Kid Rock was not fuckin there.
Also Zombie and Manson always have the best stages!!! Going to see the Deftones for a second time this year next Fri. I'm sure that one will be great!
