Thanks all. I am a little over 5'8" (a short guy) and I've been a big believe in training the entire body from day one.

Brotha Show - your dedication and hard work are evident. Your physique (both when you were younger and now) are very akin to my own hubby's (of course, you lookin' leaner 'cause I just can't get him to give up the RingDings and Ho-hos). He was 148# at 5'9" when he was 18. By the time he was 24 he was about 185#. Now at almost 40 he is between 175# and 190# (depending on RingDing and Hoho intake LOL!) and that was w/o juice. So all of you young skinny brothas - keep training and eating. Leave the juice for when you are older and physically mature. By then you might decide that you don't need it. But if you do delve into that world you will have at least had the time to gain the knowledge you will need to utilize this technology to its fullest extent. Either way, you can only benefit. ------------------ | ||
