WHY? SO MY SHOULDER FEELS GOOD AT THE START, AND MY FOREARM, AND MY NECK AND BACK... HAVING PROBLEMS WITH ALL THE ABOVE...

MY CYCLE IS GOING TO BE A GOOD ONE FOR ME.

1CC REFORVIT/DAY FOR 3 WEEKS
400-600MG TEST ENANTHATE/WEEK 8 WEEKS
200MG NANDRALONE D/WEEK 8 WEEKS
150MG NANDRALONE L/WEEK FINAL 6 WEEKS

ITS SIMPLE, ITS A GOOD CYCLE FOR ME... TRING TO PUT ON 20-30LBS...

BUT THE GEAR ISNT THE POINT... ITS TEH WEEK OFF TO B READY...

OR SHOULD I JUST USE NEXT WEEK AS A CARDIO WEEK AND GET A LITTLE LEANER SO THE MASS DOESNT KILL ME AND MMAKE ME FEEL LIKE A FAT FUCK.

Mad, rest up. If these areas are not healthy when you go to hit it hard, you will just mess it up worse, and then your cycle goes all to hell. Just my .02.
BTW why not bump up the Ref to 2cc a day
for 4 or 5 weeks?? Are you low??

do a lot more aerobics and decrease your calories, call it a fat loss week. when the gear hits, start to up the calories gradually and intensity gradually, be at full strength and calories 3 weeks in. if you do it, you will heal and make fantastic gains!

dbol bugs me, will not go higher tehn 1 cc as long as i am gaining. risk outweighs benefit at that point for me and my kidneyes

I will take one week off before my cycle and hit it fairly light on the first week. That way when the shit kicks in, I'll be fully rested.

It's your cycle but it seems like you're going as little light on the test....

Also be sure you are 100% healthy - if you;re just a little banged up then a week would help, but don't start the cycle until you are lifting again pain free.

ya, its my cycle... i recall when you first joined the board we had disagreements about test doses... we go way back. as i said, prior, it may seem light to some, but if i grow on it why take more?
