This is a story about a young Norwegian boy, named MrMuscle. He had trained all his young life, but never really put on any serius mass at a weight of 180 pound this was obvious. After lots of years failing, he started to read up on nutrition and diets..and found that he needed to eat ALOT more than he did..so he begun to eat..and he ate and he ate and he ate...untill he was ONE fat 240 pound bastard. When he didnt fit thru the door anymore he started to look into sumthing called "dieting down"..now this lad from Norway though "yeah ill try it, i want my ass back" so he did 12 hard weeks of cardio and stict dieting..untill he was down to 200 pounds. Aight, now the lad was happy..but still, he wanted more..so he though "hell i gained 20 pounds in a year..ill do it again"..so he begun to eat again..but this time not only did he get fat..but he also got out of focus...weird shit.. This is MrMuscle, the guy who lit the bodybuilding spark in my life. First time I talked to his Norwegian ass, i thought -I- was the shit... i thought i had a body cuz i was ripped, MrMuscle opened my eyes and showed me being a skinny 135# wife beater wearing retard wasn't gonna lead me anywhere... and so he worked out a program for me about half a year ago. I was about to fall in love with bodybuilding. I had been training for a while, but not the right way... so i started eating right, doing research on training and just started to be serious about bodybuilding and basically putting it first in my life... 6 months later with all the knowledge i received and my quick progress (about 20 pounds over the summer alone) i was offered a job as trainer in a gym and i have found a purpose to my life and a reason to get my ass out of bed and in school every day. Hey great pics. I think it is awesome to see pics like that....were people show what they looked like with a lot of fat and then all cut up. Most of them don't even look like the same person. I think the whole f/n show posted some pics like that...i was really impressed with him too. |
