Friend of mine shoot one. I know were you can buy buffalo. You might find someone who sells bear. I've got a bunch of deer and trout in the freezer. Will be deer hunting again in a couple weeks. Does it really matter? First it has to be falling on the bear, second the bear has to be dumb enough to stand there and let the tree fall on it, and third according to Heisenbergs uncertainty principle and Schroedinger, the bear is neither alive nor dead and the tree has either fallen or not fallen. Until someone observes the act the whole outcome is in limbo.
