My meals are easily prepared, scrape and cook, scrape and cook. It's dodging the traffic that's the hard part...

whole foods.. (in fact "Whole Foods" is where I shop if I'm in town).

I only have the engineered stuff if I'm in a hurry.

I buy the gladware throw away containers, throw some steak/chicken on the foreman grill and cook a bunch of rice. I put 1 cup of rice and 8-10 oz of steak or chicken in a container, along with some kind of seasoning. I make about 10 meals at a time and freeze them. I take 2 of them to work along with a big ass protein shake that I drink throughout the day.

Pretty simple.

Whole foods. Cook enough for a few meals and I think it is less messy that the damn blender!
