don't do it...why would you work out a muscle that has not fully recovered....not if your tryit to build...now (ei leg muscles shins, etc)cardio yeah I would

my johnson is usually sore after the first workout but i still go in and hit hard the 2nd and 3rd times.

It depends on how sore. For me, everytime I workout the muscle is sore to some extent. Given the fact that I workout much harder than most, I don't think I will ever not be sore somewhere.

If it is painful like a burning or sharp pain I would not, but if it is just sore from being worked and you gave it enough time to recover, say 48-96 hours upper body and closer to a week for quads and possibly hamstrings then work it till it drops!
