I took a week off to recover, I was getting overtrained and couldn't eat very well so I did. Well, I started up again Monday with quads and calves and I can't walk properly now, did arms yesterday and my triceps are still on fire!!!!! I also measured the amount of pump after workout and arm went from 18 1/4 to 19 1/8. I should bust 20 by end of next cycle no problem and I hope to bust 30 with my legs and at least get to 18 on my calves. 50 plus inches on chest would be nice. I am going to post a video of my last contest routine. Now my posing in my opinion sucked. As soon as I get the appropriate video card installed. | ||

walking is over rated I'm kinda sore this am...but mostly my hip and knee joints....do you have to download some kind of software to see your videos? | ||

I am not sure what format yet they will be in. But if you haven't downloaded real player you should, I think it plays mpegs which is probably the format it will be in. | ||

Yes, it sounds like you're growing Chesty! I can also tell you are from your previous posts of your pics. Also, good for you for taking off to recover. I think we all hit that horrible "overtraining" feeling every now and then. What's good is that we MAKE ourselves take a break to recover. (It took me a while to do this.) Sort of a mind over matter thing I guess... ------------------ | ||

I am so sore in my ass. I swear I spent all of Sunday on the shitter. I couldn't go more than half a mile from my house for fear of emergency dumps. I better put on weight, dammit! | ||

Try walking in heals after running all morning......hurts soo good ...I've been stretching my calves out every chance I get...almost cramped this morning | ||
