WHatzzz upp!!!??? I lifted last night...and...ran 15 miles this morning...YEah baby!  Never been so happy to sit my ass down at work.....) Alss lifted last night and had an excellent workout. I took echineaca last night along with my multi's and ZMA....put my alarm all the freakin way accross the room so I'd have to get up...we'll I got up and hit snooz like 3 times, but eventually I made it. My throat was still a little sore, but went away after a few miles.. Feeling pretty damn good....no longer slakin here But I gotta thank chesty and tho others that told me to stay home and rest...ya see I don't like to be told what to do and the stubborness in me helped me to get my ass out there and lift and run     | ||

This evening I'm gonna take my doggie to the doggie park so she can beat up on the other dogs and i'm gonna just sit there Then go home and sit there | ||
