My father has Crohn's disease and has had it the entire 25 years that I have been alive.
The disease is very treatable...they usually don't need to cut out your entire intestine, they may have to take sections out of it but taking out an entire intestine is not likely. Gear is not going to cure or help Crohn's disease, you might want to read up a little bit on Crohn's and its treatments. My dad is taking an experimental drug right now that is doing great things for him and he's feeling better than he ever has but I'm not quite sure what it's called. To be honest I am very lucky that he is still around and surviving Crohn's at age 60. Good luck to your cousin, if my dad can make it as far as he has I'm sure your cousin will be ok.

I'm not the lifter that you were speaking of but I have had Crohn's disease for ten years. I have read and am up to date on most of the treatments. Recently they conducted a study where patients showed improvement using a combo of HGH and a high protein diet. This is the only time they conducted anything gear/hormone related. Hope this helps.

he took some experimental stuff, which worked great for 6 months, then boom... back to shit... i mean, shit... family has lost a lot of hope, when i ask about him nobody seems confident, his mom is freaked and broke. thanks guys... i am trying to get hold of my aunt to see what he is taking now, and what he has taken... she is giving up on the docs and going homeopathic, i disagree, i think there should be a median. use both... poor kid, people get happy when he can answer the phone... what the fuck???

Find out what medication he's on. Chances are that I have taken it. Right now I'm in a drug study for remicaide (infleximab), that is probably what helped him out for six months. How much does he weigh? When I was diagnosed as a freshman in high school I was 5'2" and got down to 65 pounds. I had to force myself to eat, which is extremely hard because it also suppresses your appetite. Problem is this disease is completely different in everybody. What works for some doesn't work for others. Actually in my case so far the thing that keeps me the healthiest is good food (high protein) and lots of it. Other medications have helped moderately at best. Tell your cousin to keep his head up, as depression and stress worsen the effects of the disease.

No grudges Bomber don't worry.

I'm at work right now so I'm kind of tied up, but I'll see what I can find out.

Bomber, Some anabolics may help him put some weight on and get him stronger. If his doc wont help him, then threaten to sue him for not "doing all that is medically possible" for his wasting away. If you have to procure the anabolics anyway posssible- i am sure someone will help you find some. Be agressive in seeking help.
