Very simple brothers. - If you are just playing for fun (RecBall) then you need a gun thats just good enought to play with and not worry about adjusments and setting and shit.
Tournament Guns: Angel, Warped Angel, Angel LCD, AutoCocker, Autococker STO, Defiant, Upgraded Auto Mag, Shocker. Recreational guns: Tippman98, Spyder, Timman Carbine, and a buch of others too many to mention. (usual price with a Co2 tank $200-$500

I don't have any paintball guns, I only have guns, I don't need no stinkin' paintball guns. After all if you gonna bring a paintball gun to a gun fight, I think we all know who is going to lose. | ||

I got a Tippman Prolite with a bad ass scope, I paid about $250, however, I bought it about 5 years ago, so I don't know what the hell is going on with the guns now, Its still badass, shoots accurate and never fucks up. My brother had a silver Puma, he paid like 300, damn that was a bad ass gun, he put a laser dot site on it. I have not played in a while, it got too expensive, like 50$ every time we played, now I just use it as a vandalizing tool. guess I'll add that I was really pleased with my Tippman, I consider it the best brand in the 200$ range, had very few problems with it, I knew someone who had a spider and it was always fucking up, breaking balls in the barrell all the time. rapter, it is equal to the spyder but it is heavier...i am trying to get rid of it though because if i wana go paintballing for one day it is about 80 bucks so it isnt worth it.. paece ------------------ | ||

I used to play alot of tournament paintball so I went all out and got a minimag and had all kinds of stuff done to it. I put well over $1000 into it and it shot better than any gun I have ever used. Of course it has been about 4 years since I quit tourny ball so I know times have probably changed. I went back to play about 2 years ago and the price of paint went up to like $130 or so a case. I used to be sponsered by Pro-ball so I would pay like $30-40 a case and I still had trouble paying for all of the tourny costs. I don't know if I can afford to get back into it but there isn't much that beats the rush of tournament speedball. I heard that there are a few fully autos out on the market now. I used to get about 6-7 or so rounds a second out of my minimag but for some reason I could shoot a well modified autochopper(if you've ever busted a ball in one you know what I mean) a little faster. I might have to go back out to the local feild sometime. Later, | ||
