man, i looked and thought "damn j, you look like fucking shit". then i looked closer and confirmed that. i have gray fucking hair, hair starting to grow on my back, droopy fuckin eyes. dude, this sucks.     | ||

There is a guy that comes to my gym when he is in town....this past weekend he told me he was 52!!! This fucker is ripped to shreds...I mean to the bone. He is at 6% body fat, and ab's out the ass! 52, and the fucker looks to be in his late 20's or early 30's!! Made my fucking day, something to shoot for!! He does the same workout everyday, for every body part.....age is what shows on fat fuckers Bro!! I got ya by a few years, and a few scars as well....it doesn't slow me down....and I won't let it!!!!!! | ||

i felt better after cutting my hair made me look younger... i do what i can in the gym now, i am getting back pretty well but a cycle sure would come in handy about now. i act pretty young usually, dont let too much get to me, but lately the thing that is getting to me is getting me hard... money, job, etc.. | ||

Nah - you silly, botox (like I said I'm not sure how it is spelled) is kind of like collagen only permanent and it eliminates fine lines (like laugh lines, crows feet, etc). I'm not 100% sure about this info. If anyone out there has accurate info, please share. I'm very happy w/my body and overall how I feel. Honestly, I feel at least a decade younger than I am. I just wish that the signs of aging wouldn't be so prominent in photos. Soon, I fear that I will have to look into botox (or whatever it is....I am spelling it phonetically.) ------------------ | ||

Botox is the Botulism(sp) bacteria that comes from food poisoning. Basically it causes paralysis in the facial muscles and allows the skin to be stretched over the muscles due to the muscles being in a paralyzed state. Madbomer...3 things I would recomemend .....tons of water, tons of sleep every night, moisturize after every shower  , and visit the Lancome counter and get some face creams (their eye creams rule) MOISTURIZE LIKE THE DICKENS SUGAR ...youth is only a bottle of lotion away | ||

I'm 35 and feeling good. People think I'm 25 and are shocked to hear I have children. One thing no one has hit upon, is the sun. To much exposure will make you look OLD. Your face ,and body for that matter, ends up looking like John Wayne's saddlebags. I know several women who are beautiful aside from their leather skin. So use tanning lotions, moisturize, and wear sunscreen. Just my .02 ------------------ | ||

Look at my pics, I am 35, and it shows in the eyes, cause they are puffy. But that don't slow me down, I will get them fixed if I have to it is the only sign of age I have. Dude your only twenty-nine, far from old. | ||

Women see us as dignified with gray hair, fine lines, puffy eyes and shit like that. Bottom line is this, why do most of us lift and some of us bodybuild? We do it to preserve our youth. As you get older you start to comprehend the finite amount of time you really have, when your 18 or 21 even 25 you don't fully comprehend this, but as you start to hit your mid thirties it dawns on you that you are now over half way to median age at which someone lives. That means you are on your downward spiral to death. Male or female, grey hair, wrinkles, puffy eyes and so forth only further reinforce this. I have gray hair all over and my eyes are puffy and droopy all this signals my youth are gone. I lift because it keeps me strong and young especially when I out do a majority of youngins. I feel young and until a few years ago I still looked 25. If it were not for my eyes I would still look 25. What is wrong with a youthful appearence? Why do women have to have the market on it? Let's face it, we all want to be physically young for as long as possible and most will do just about anything for it. I for one want to live for forever in at least as good a condition as I am now. | ||
