STARTING THIS SUMMER I STARTED DOING EACH MUSCLE 1 TIME PER WEEK. BEFORE THAT I WAS MAKING SOME GAINS BUT WHEN I WENT TO 1 MUSCLE PER WEEK I THINK THE GAINS STARTED TO SLOW DOWN. I AM GOING TO START DOING EACH MUSCLE 2 TIMES PER WEEK AGAIN...MY QUESITON IS... WHEN I DID 1 MUSCLE PER WEEK I DID 4 EXCERSIZES PER MUSCLE WHEN I DO 2 MUSCLES PER WEEK SHOULD I DO 2 OR 3 EXCERSIZES PER MUSCLE?? KEEP IN MIND I AM 16 AND I AM A HARDGAINER AND THAT IS WHY I THINK 2 MUSCLES PER WEEK IS BETTER (I AM 5'10 ABOUT 141)(REAL SMALL) THANKS GUYS ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

i would do it twice a week 8-12 sets for big muscles and 6-8 for small ones,your full of test you should be able to do it with proper rest and eating habits,im stuck at i day a week cuz i dont get enuff sleep for training muscles twice a week ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Justin, first diet is the key, at your age I was training my bodyparts twice a week as well but these days that would be impossible for many reasons. To answer your question pick no more than 3 exercises per body part and never repeat your exercises in the one week period, understand, for example say for your biceps you chose for your first workout of the week: barbell curls, incline curls,preacher curls, dont repeat these at all for the next bi workout choose something like: concentration curls, cable curls and machine curls. Do all of your bodyparts like this, once again pick 3 exercises and perform 2-3 100% sets with each exercise, make sure you have a set of 6-8 and a set of 12-15, peace and good luck. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

for me enough sleep is 12 hours i could honestly sleep that much with work and school fucking up my sleep,i usually get 5-6 if that and i just lounge when im not at work/school/gym,the amount of sleep u need is different from person to person,but i would need 12 to work each muscle 2x a week ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
