Im probably do'n the wrong thing here but Ive gotta know. Ive started to slak off from training my tri's cuz my bi's just dont seem to fit my arms, they seem small in comparison to my tri's. should I keep hit'n my tri's as hard as possible? will my bi's be forced to keep up or catch up? same with my chest, my bench has blown up in the past month and my chest seems bigger, I think Im start'n to look pegion chested. so, Ive moved my chest day to friday, when Im most sore so I wont be able to go as heavy, good move or bad move. look'n for some real answers here... havoc, share some wisdom bro. Some people are just Geneticaly predispositioned to not get good development on certain body parts. I would suggest you give PGF2A a shot, it causes localized growth (growth in the muscle of injection) and decreased bodyfat. What I would sugest is if you are only looking to help your laging bodyparts catch up, use the PGF2A 2x per week on the laging bodyparts and stack it with some test, D-bol and maybe DECA at low amounts. PGF2A has been shown to cause an Androgen Receptor up-regulation on the muscle site of injection. Thus you'll get more localized Steroidal hormone receptor binding at the muscle you inject the PGF2A in. I know it may sound painful to inject into a bicep or the chest, But with PGF2A you can use a 27g or even 29g neddle. Thanx BRR, but Im still a natty, not really look'n to start juic'n yet. Im still grown and make'n progess this way. so till I hit major stopage in growth I wont try the juice. dont get me wrong, Ive held a bottle of eq in my hand I it was hard as hell to say "not yet". I would take what you can get, if that means huge tris, and little bis then so what. Or...you could go high reps on chest and tri days and still lift for mass the lagging parts. Just train your triceps intensely, but with higher reps. This will keep their size up and improve on the detail at the same time. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

alright then if you don't wan't to juice yet, you are in luck!!! PGF2A is non-Hormonal you don't even have to inject it if you want you can use DMSO the only reason why I'm telling you : this is the way to go is because unless you are doing something seriously wrong with your training you should be growing evenly. only being chemicaly enhanced can help most of the time. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Welcome to my world man.I'm never satisfied, that's what makes it a challenge. As soon as I do something like tweak my bi's up in proportion with tri's,I spend the next six weeks concentrating on bringing my traps up cause they just don't look right which leads to six weeks of concentrating on upper chest.....yadayadayada.... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Rick, atleast tell them the down sides of pgf. 40 injections per week (6+ per day!), 10 minutes after injecting u get lightheaded, 20 minutes some extremities go numb, 30 minutes your body cramps up like it never has before and then you shit out everthing thats in you. ansd u never see the shit coming so you think its just gas and wet diarhea(sp?) pours out until nothing is left in your stomach. i wouldnt do this unless it was a last resort and if you say your natural this definitely isnt the last resort. smallboy, you are very wrong, if you are only using PGF2A to give your lagging parts a boost, you would only need like 4-6 injectios per week total. each injection is about 0.5cc of a water base fluid. if you are using it to lean up and loose weight then you need like 40-60 injectios per week. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
