Yeah your right Havoc, we do have some good microbreweries here. Its the beers made by corporate America that I think are gross. Cheap ass ingredients. Ever try Anchor Steam? I believe its made in San Fran. Had a good one from New England called Cottrel also. | ||

German beer is by far the best..no comparision to US...but if you take a US beer and make it very very cold...its not that bad...its kinda like certain protein shakes...if you add ice to some and put them in a blender then taste better  | ||

actually all of the beers that I've tried that were the best in quality and taste came from belgium or chezkoslavkia, as far as american beers go, alot has improved with the advent of micro brews, my favorte american beers are: sam adams ( cream stout) Gordon Biersch ( marzen ) and Fat tire beer by belgium brewery. | ||

Wheat beer is some harsh stuff. Spotan(sp) Op is alright though. Grolsh(sp) will hook you up also. I have to dis agree though I like to start out with a couple of thick dark beers like Stout and then go to the coors light. | ||

What are you guys talking about. Mickey's in the Big Mouth bottles is the only real beer. I believe it was Ice Cube who sang, "Drink the Malt Liqour, it makes you jimmy thicker, and gets your lady in the mood quicker." Yeah he was probably singing about St. Ives but a 40oz Mickey's was the beer of choice in college. | ||
