Okay, they pick up my computer from dell all five boxes at the same time from the same place put them on the same truck and send them off. They arrive in WA at 2 different times and to top that off they forget to put two of the packages on the truck when they go to deliver them to my house. Now I have a monitor a printer and a scanner, but no cpu or keyboard, don't get those till tomorrow. I was garaunteed delivery today. What I found out was there is no garauntee because you get no compensation for their inadequacies. My recommendation is to not use ups ever.     | ||

Never order something when UPS will be shipping. I learned my lesson about two weeks ago when ordering a set of speakers. I paid for 3 day shipping and they were 2 days late. They were late because UPS actually needed ***DIRECTIONS*** to my house! I had to call the idiots and tell them how to get here, even though they have delivered packages here before! Never order through UPS, even if it will cost you more. If the shipper ships exclusively through UPS, buy it from somewhere else. FedEx is the best. -Warik | ||

I work in the UPS hub in Mesquite at night from 10:30pm to 4 or 5am. You are luck your computer even works. That shit hole is mad house sweat shop. I work at and INS co. during the day and we treat our associate well and with respect. This place is not a place of business it is a bunch of 18 - 22 year of sups managing a bunch of union protected mmonkey's, me included. I see people in the truck putting the DDT on boxes and drop kicking them sometimes. It really is a zoo and you can tell your sup to get your union stewart anytime your sup pisses you off. | ||

I believe it. My monitor box looked like someone backed into it with a forklift. WTF. And they act indignant when you want to complain. I actually had a lady trying to tell me that the web output for tracking your package required a lot of schooling to understand and that since I didn't have the amount of schooling she had I could not understand it. WTF, I got almost seven years of college BS and MS, plus military schools, I am an engineer and I won't be able to understand a tracking printout without ups schools, they can kiss my ass their worthless. Except for you Checkmate... | ||

Man, if your package is 10lbs or less and relatively small they'll play basketball with that shit. It's crazy. They should just call it "Shipping" instead of "Shipping and Handling" cause I don't need to pay someone to mangle my damn package. -Warik | ||

He chesty, My foot was really sore the other night and I was going to call in and I could not get and answer at any of the numbers. Went up there to let them know and they wanted me to use and extra pair so socks they had to make my boot tighter and go on to work. I said This is my 2nd job I just broke my foot 6 weeks ago and it is sore and I am going home. I ask them why the did not anwer the phone and the said it works better that way. what not answering the phone? That entire company is a bunch of dumbasses, but the head guys are getting but rich. You said they were acting stupid when you called them. That was not acting brother, I am telling you the truth! | ||

Did you get your stuff yet, chesty? I requested a replacement subwoofer for my computer speaker system the other day. FedEx shipped it on Wednesday and it's already on a van headed to my house. The people even paid for the cheap shipping method... FedEx is the best. I wouldn't be surprised if it were here by lunch time. -Warik | ||

Checkmate I worked at UPS in virginia beach for 3 years on the preload,localsort & I was a air driver by the time I quit.You are right that place is a fucking madhouse especially in the am shift.When I saw the movie "Ace Ventura pet detective" at the bebinning where he was posing as a UPS guy & kicking thye package all around I just about died laughing cause I could so much relate to it.You gotta love those benifets though.I only worked about 20 hours a week & had free health insurance,dental & disability. ------------------ Bros before Hos SIG EP 4 LIFE! | ||

Fuck UPS. The drivers are rude bastards, no customer service skills. Fuck US Mailing. The fuking mail dude that delivers to my house jacked my IRONMAN that had all those ladies working out in lingery(sp?) sometime last year. And every flex and ironman have been opened and looked at because of all the fine chicks on the cover. | ||

Scott 825. Ya my buddy drives a feeder for them and has been there 11 years he is a couple of years older than me 31, but we have been good friend for about 20 years. Man we went and bought the ACE tape just for that scene to watch over and over. Laughed our ars off. I had several friends working at ups when that film came out. |
