its gonna cost money,, it depends on what type of rap sheet you have ? have you ever been chrged with anything else before? after all this is said and done id wait a while and put the kid in cement shoes, but post you situation like previos charges and crimes and penalties and i might be able to help you out | ||

First, how did son get a hold of the steroids? Second, how much did he turn over? Third, did he physically possess the steroids when he handed them to cops or did he call them and show them? Depending on state, amount, you can get a way with a fine, or could be charged with a felony (possession w/intent to distribute) Where is the nearest school? Is farther than one thousand feet from where the drugs were seized? Need more info to help. | ||

they have 1/2 bottle of humulin,1/2 bottle laurabolin, 60 tabs of finiplix,4 amps primotesten,and about 180 needles.........the police were called by him in a domestic argument between his mom and i......when the cops arrived he started lying 2 them saying i hit her.......and she told the cops no, but he said she was just scared.....so im sitting in the back of the police car for about an hour, next thing i know he`s helping bring out the roids and the syringes.......but as far as i know he just touched the syringe boxes and not the steroids........im in california.......they are charging me with 5 misdemeanors.......2 will most likely be dropped because of his lies.......but the steroid and syringe charges are what im definately facing.......about the school im sure its 1000 feet away....... | ||

He could have planted those for all the judge knows. You already have evidence as he was lying about you hitting his mother and she telling the opposite and saying no. Humalin, Fina, syringes, are legal as far as I know. Though primoteston and Laurabolin is not. Just tell the judge you don't what happened because you never saw where they came from and you don't know how they got there. Remember, they did not catch YOU with it. It was not in your hands. Jae made a good point. If he lied about the other stuff, you can say he was lying about the juice as well. How can they prove it is yours and not his anyways? | ||

well actually i didnt want my roomate to get in trouble for the roids......her son had said she knew about them.......i said the steroids were mine and that she had no knowledge of them.......so i cant really deny it now.......but daym if i hadnt of said anything maybe i could of turned this whole situation around on him.......i dont know i dont even like lifting weights 2 much anymore.......anyways THANKS 4 the info.......i think i just needed someone 2 talk 2 that actually knows about these things........1 of the cops said steroids will kill u, just look at alzado......i just said who else can u name that died of steroids, and how many people does tobacco kill.......ha ha he quieted up quickly....... | ||

Voluntarilly take a drug test. Obviously the stuff was being used by someone (or so it seems from the little amounts that you had of each) so take a test and clear yourself. Good luck. | ||

You have very little schedule III drugs and very little prescription drugs. If you are concerned about the misdemeanors, get a lawyer and explain to him how the stuff was obtained by the cops. Did roomates son live there? If the drugs were in your room and could not be found with out a search, then that may be a way to have the evidence inadmissible and to have the charges dropped. But you gotta get a lawyer and get copies of all reports and statements made. chesty |
