Took one 200 mg Ibruprophen this morning before my run...no pain baby..... and on an empty stomach It didn't make me sick..yeah baby

Be careful, pain killer block pain, they dont cure or present a remedy, therefore it may be blocked but the problem causing it remains, there is a chance you could make the problem worse whatever it may be, just looking out for you.

Little ball of sunshine you say. I am not implying herb is the answer either although it helps, I was just saying be careful, thats all, I know it takes the pain away but more damage could be occuring since you can't feel the pain. peace and cottage cheese.

I hear what your throwin at me at me sugar Thats why I've never taken pain killers or anything before...but I think my shin is just badly bruised, my pitt ran into my shins about a week or so ago and I had a huge black and blue lump, and since then been having these pains...they don't feel like shin splints...so gonna try the pain killers for a week and then go off
