AAAAAAAAAAAGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! I AM HAVING THE MOST ANNOYING FUCKING 5 WEEKS. -APPX. 4 WEEKS AGO: FINALLY EVERYTHING IS BACK TO NORMAL, I'M SETTLED IN MY NEW SCHOOL SCHEDULE AND GETTING USED TO WORKING OUT IN THE AFTERNOONS INSTEAD OF MORNINGS, STARTING TO MAKE GOOD PROGRESS WHEN.....POP! GOES MY SPINE DOING DEADLIFTS. SO, I TAKE 3 WEEKS OF LIGHT WORKOUTS WHILE I LET MYSELF HEAL, AND FINALLY, *THIS* WEEK I'M READY FOR SOME HEAVY SHIT. SO, SUNDAY (YESTERDAY), SUPPOSED TO BE LEG DAY, ALL READY TO SQUAT, WHEN A FAMILY 'ISSUE' COMES UP AND I HAVE TO SKIP IT. FUCK THAT, OH WELL, I'LL DO IT TODAY. UNFORTUNATELY, I CAN'T FALL ASLEEP SUNDAY NIGHT, GET MAYBE 4 FULL HOURS FOR REASONS UNKNOWN, TIRED AS FUCK TODAY, GO TO THE GYM, GET READY TO WARM UP WITH 90LBS ON THE BAR...DAMN! IT'S UNUSUALLY HEAVY. FUCK IT, NO LEG DAY TODAY EITHER. SO....TOMMORROW MOTHERFUCKER. I'M GOING TO BLAST THESE BASTARDS LIKE YOU'VE NEVER SEEN. THANK YOU FOR READING. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT I HAD A GREAT WORKOUT, ADDED 20 LBS. TO THE LEG PRESS. BACK FELT NO PAIN THANK GOD. HOPEFULLY I CAN GET ROLLING AGAIN AND MAKE SOME FUCKING PROGRESS. 5 WEEKS WITHOUT ANY PROGRESS OTHER THAN UPPING MY DUMBELL BENCH...JESUS....HOW DEPRESSING.
