that is basically right. Till they are 18 or they decide to seek me out on their own I am fucked. So, when my oldest is 18 in two years I will contact her and see if she will talk to me. Until then I am going to turn off inside, and if that goes south then it will be permanent. Pink floyd's song Comfortably numb describes me now. I am for all intents and purposes emotionally dead. I always thought I was doing the right thing, by doing what her mother asked me to do, but now I know I was wrong and I can't take that back. Well, enough of the soup session. Back to work and board. | ||

Short version, I haven't seen my three daughter's for 10 years now. My ex-wife forced me into allowing her husband to adopt them during the Desert Storm/Shield thing. She agreed to let me see them, but then has refused to over the past 10 years. Now, I am pretty sure they have told them nothing but lies about me if they have even acknowledged that their real father is me. So, I went to lawyer to see what I could do. In short, nada till they start turning 18. Then the shit will hit the fan in more ways than one. chesty |
