What of this?

Are we predetermined to be at a certain body weight not matter how hard we train or diet?

In theory, if everyone trained hard, rested, cut back on calories, and ate right, then everybody on the face of the earth would be in awesome shape.

Some people I know excersise, eat right, and still cannot lose weight and/or BF (YES, ME INCLUDED)

No, there is no way we are predetermined for shit(obviously I dont believe in predestination either). Many on here are bigger and better than they or anyone else ever thought.

I suppose you can reach a plateau in development, and it might take a bit of extra work to get past the plateau, but usually you can cut back the work one the plateau is past.

There are a lot of factors that stop us from progressing. People sabotage their metabolism by improper dieting, so they cant lose fat. Others cant gain muscle because they never strike the right equalibrium of macro nutrients to grow. They try to go with a "formula" that others use, but every ones body is different.
Any predetermination is as a result of what we do to ourselves. Unfortunatly, its a situation that is harder to fix than it is to slip into...
