To be competitive in bb, you have to have your bf down under 5%, and be totally ripped. The first thing I would do is pick a contest that will allow you anywhere from 12-16 weeks to get ready. Next if your into juice, my favorite combo is winny 400mg/a week, eq/400mg a week, t200/t50 to give you 450mg test a week, clen (spiropent), T3, and halo for the last 5-6 weeks. That is a starting point and a rather healthy yet expensive cycle. Hit the cardio, 30-45 minutes everyday and continue to lift heavy as possible and pose 30 minutes every day for last 6-8 weeks. Drop your calories down, follow a keto diet, don't argue with me on this one it works and works damn well. Try varying your calories anywhere from 900-2000 throughout the dieting and never be ultra consistent. It takes time and done right without cheating you can be a competitor. I think too with the stats you gave me you should try to compete around 200lbs (195-200). That should yield some good results. Take the pics every two weeks of you in the compulsory poses and comparison poses. This will help you spot what are the trouble areas and where you need to improve on.
