There is a benefit to cycling off creatine? I haven't stopped using it since I started as I was under the impression that there is no benefit to going off. If there are benefits, what are they?

There is a benefit for the people who make it. They get you to use 5 times as much a day for another loading phase...
I dont see any point in cycling off.

i dunno man, i think maby cycling is good, personally i dont do any loading phase, never had and never will, seeing as i dont belive in taking mor creatine than the body can handle and just pissing it out...i always cycle it, 3 months on, 1 month off...works for me.

Cycling creatine is a yes in my book I've gained 10 lbs. with it my first cycle but thats been at least 3 years ago.
