I posted this a while back, but I was thinking about it today again. Actually, I think there is very little muscle involved in flying. Its all a matter of tendons attatched to small specialized muscles. Like ants, ants have almost nothing even similar to a muscle, but they lift 10 times their own body weight due to leverage and a unique body design. |
