Yeah, they get that way after while and you need a break. I know ya don't like to check your email, but what you could do is get an account and just email me directly then no one else would have it. It would be worth it I promise. Well, did you try icing your shins before running? and after? What kind of pain killers are you taking? I don't think you need anything other than some ibuprofen and ice. Read my response to your post on painkillers if you haven't already. Cheer up my little Athena, I'm in your corner always. | ||

Ibruprofen 400mg this morning after (should have taken it before) no ice......didn't have time before work.....I'm feeling a little light headed with these ibruprofen...I'm pretty clean in that I never take anything...I like to stick it our and let my body handle anything...I think thats why I never get sick as often as most people...let your body immune system do its job. ANYHOW...no pain here baby  | ||
