The last I saw him was in End of Days. He looked like he has quit. He was still huge in True Lies, I think that came out around 1994 or so. He still looks awesome, though. He may still take some small dosages of test, but I don't think he does the whole bag of tricks. | ||

At his age and with his money he is most likely doing test and HGH as a form of hormone replacement therapy from one of those wellness centers that have become so popular. I wouldn't say he just quit. Looks very good for his age. | ||

He doesn't really show off his physique like he did in his 80's movies. I don't think he worked out at all for End of Days, they weren't really trying to push him as a tough, muscular hero type, more like a washed-up suicidal type. He doesn't really need hormone therapy, genetic freaks usually stay strong their whole life. | ||

Back during his Conan days I'm pretty sure he was taking a good amount of steroids but now he may be natural.He might just be taking Dianabol or Winstrol but thats just about it. | ||
