1. where do you live (you dont have to get too specefic if u dont wanna..ex=state) 2. how big were you when you were like 15-16..were you real skinny..fat..average... 3. when you bulk up (if u do) how much much bf do you get up to..when i am cut i am around 6-7 too only -100 pounds from you but when i bulk in the winter i get to about 10%..is that not high enough?? keep in mind i have the fastest metabolism ever..i burn up so much food so quick that i can eat 2 meals within an hour.. 4. if there was one thing that you could swear by with your training routine that u always go by what would it be (consistencey, diet...etc) 5. how long have u been lifting for?? Justin 1.Houston, Tx, like Z said 2.15-16, I probably weighed 150, played basketball, football and track 3. I cant bulk , I have never been over 9%, my metabolism is insane, I always stay around 6-8%, last year I took tryptophan for 4 weeks and got down to 4%, was around 227lbs, didnt like being that lean. 4. Regarding training you have to find what works for you, I know exactly what works for me, this comes from a whole lot of trial and error, must be patient, have discipline, be consistent and have faith in yourself. 5. i think i am just like you were when you were younger..i weight a little abouve 140 now but i starting to eat more again for the winter so i will gain some pounds again..the most i ever got my bf was up to 10% on a scale (which gods know hoe accurate was) after i ate a huge meal..when you bulk do you eat a lot of only healthy foods or anything in sight..keep in mind i could eat anything and not gain any weight.. thanks ------------------ | ||

Justin, if I eat say 9 meals a day, all 9 of them are basically a chicken breast or steak with rice and beans and a handful of almonds or walnuts, sometimes I will eat some shit as long as I get my protein I dont care, my metabolism is too high to worry about it. peace. ------------------ | ||

man at 9 meals a day id be sooo blotted, man u guys are luckey your metabolisms are so high, it will definately come in handy as the years go by. hand ful of nuts for efa's, i do that asometimes when im in a hurry havoc, how tall r u? | ||

I am 5'10. Your body will adjust to the gas and shitting part of the diet, I have it down to where I know exactly what time of day I am going to have to drop the kids off at the pool. The almonds and walnuts are an excellent source of efa's(essential fatty acids) or good fats. ------------------ |
