Not unless you start stalking the person. Most places you can take a car tag and go to dmv and get a home address. | ||

Chesty I work for an INS co and can input a tag # and get more info on the reg owner of the car than most people want me to know. Thinks like what other cars are at that house who lives at that house and many other things. They do not have to be ins with us for me to get that info. I do not even know what these people drive, so I need an address. |
