Basically I've spent the past 4 years traveling out of the country on my vacations and sick time, not so much for fun or stuff but for various treatments for my wife, who now thank god is cancer free. Hence now you know why I have all this free time to work out and stuff @ 39...no kids. And please it was just an opening explination for my post I'm not begging for sympathies. Anyway... I am looking for places in America to go see and I thought I would share some of the surrounding interest in the NE From Philly to Balmer that are worth checking out if you are into Vacationing in the US. Philly - South Street for the bars and shops, olde city for constitution hall and the liberty bell, the Rodan Museum is really great to see. Great Sports venues and kick ass strip clubs for men and women! Longwood Gardens is awesome and equal to anything in Europe. Also there are Amish coummunities out the wazoo in the surrounding country side where I live and you too could get a peak at a slope headed kid in a buggy.
Baltimore, THE BLOCK - Sex stuff out the wazoo - bought my wifes "scorpion" there. The inner harbor and felds point are just awesome, plus the little italy section of Balmer is really nice. Felds point has an annual festival every year in the late summer, early fall. Plus there are tons of new age, voodoo, mystical shops there because of the Edgar Allen Poe influence. Just something to consider if you're thinking about traveling in the US and don't know what is really worth seeing or not. for real, alabama is pretty slow...being the observant, sensitive type..i find it heartbreakingly beautiful at times...like when i see to little black girls dancing outside a ghetto laundraumat....or some old dude selling yet another variety of boiled peanuts...or the 80 year old woman getting out at sunrise to pick okra from her garden.. its all about perspective around here ever wonder why | ||

Bill I drove through Alabama once, at night it was dark and I could still see red dirt! Glowing under the occasional intersection light. I even saw a vagrant pushing a cart up the on ramp to the I. Hmmmm? I EVEN Had a flat tire and the people were very kind about it. The Tire store we found, after I doughnuted the car was closing and their tire guy had to be called back in to do put a new one on our car. The people were very friendly and had most of there teeth. ------------------ | ||

Yep I is cultured! Jesco it the wildest thing ever to come out of Braxton County! Next to those three eyed babies, that is..but I won't go there. I have even had the privildge of seeing Jesco "peform" during what is known as bridge day on the New River Gorge Bridge on a cold fall day at the end of October, in Fayette County,WV. I still go back for the fall white water season on the Gualey River and do a run with my brother in law who is a TRUE mountain river rat. Bridge Day is a annual event where people base jump off the bridge, repell off the bridge, eat on the bridge, walk on the bridge, get drunk on the bridge...just about everything but driving... I did a base jump off the bridge four years ago for my 35th birthday present. My wife wanted to kill me after I landed for causing her such stress. ------------------ | ||
