For many years, I've been working out focusing on being "toned" and tight, cuz the chicks dig it, and it has paid off. I have gotten compliments on my chest, abs, and ass all the time. But now I'm sayiong to hell with it: I'v edreamt of serious mass fore too long, and I'm old enough that I know that if I want to do it, I need to do it now. I've started a serious bulking program. I normally don't eat much, but I'v ebeen stuffing myself plus taking a weight gainer plus a MRP each day. My appetite seems to be adjustiong and I'm craving food alla time now. My belly's expanding some, and I know I can't avoid putting on some fat while bulking but I'm worried that: a) I won't be able to modulate my appetite back down when I need to b) I won't be able to dump the extra fat after my bulking phase.
