Scott squated 859. Ed Coan just benched 559. Scott and I both went to North Mesquite high School. He is about 5ft 8in and hugh. He was benching 500 at 19years old. I was always having to go up a weight class to get out of his class to have a chance to win at all the meets. He always won the overall. Coan is 242lbs his first attempt in the dead was 801lbs. He could of done the snatch with it I think. hehehe! | ||

Yes thick we were pretty good buddie when we were younger. At 15 we split the money for the Guru's underground handbook. hehehehe! when he was about 20 he moved to IL. to train with Ed Coan and we have not spoke much since. One of my other close friends that does not lift was his best friend and they still talk, so we give each other update through him. | ||

Johnny O. I have got bloody noses several times when on heavy cycle of juice getting ready for a meet. That A-50 is some hard shit. I have a pick from the 92 texas state meet where I busted blood vessels in my eye. I look like the devil no whites in my eye all red. I plan on posting that pic on the 20th. | ||
